Taskscape Ltd defines RPDV software development process for parallel Roadmapping, Prototyping, Development and Verification - for accelerating research and development projects.

With RPDV the work is iterative where each iteration takes into account changing business requirements, provided customer feedback and discovered quality issues. Much importantly each iteration consists of four parallel runs, which define upcoming iterations (I+X), implement current iteration (I+0) and collect feedback on the completed iterations (I-X).

Software development process

The distinct requirements and prototyping phases in RPDV assume that all work is well defined and researched prior to development phase and need to be reworked multiple times before development readiness is reached. RPDV assumes there can be more parallel processes in place, like deployment process for past iteration(s).
